Richard Barnbrook resigns the BNP whip

Which is a good trick considering that he is/was the only BNP member on the Assembly, there isn't / wasn't a group whip. To whom did he resign the whip?

I don't know the details but there seems to have been some internal BNP friction and having lost the bulk of their local government representation they have now lost all their representation at City Hall.

Am I the only one who is thinking "People's Front of Judea / Judean People's Front"?

The man is a numpty anyway. Surely this technically means he is not the BNP representative and should step down for another member on their list...although the way they are going the next person has probably been expelled...

Word of caution, I suspect what Barnbrook is about is to try and start a process by which large parts of the BNP come together with the English Democrats and parts of the UKIP to form a British "Christian Democrat" block. Whilst I don't expect they will be anymore successful in Parliamentary terms than all 3 together now are the pereception will be that they are more "acceptable".

Dowson's son has just been arrested on fraud charges do not know if it's connected with the party as yet but would like to ask Nick Griffin why he was taken in for questioning by the europol police at hauwerstraat 7 central police station and had to pay a 30 thousand + Euros bail to be released on tuesday.
Also Dowson's villa in spain was raided last week with his brother inlaw and gardener arrested. The net is closing in on Griffin and co.
